This Privacy Notice for David Tatarishvili and Vaja Prangishvili trading as Presensly ("Presensly", "we", "us", or "our") explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

Presensly is an AI-powered reputation management platform that helps local businesses manage and respond to customer reviews on Google Business Profile.

1. WHAT WE DO

Presensly enables business owners to:

  • Connect their verified Google Business Profile account via secure OAuth authorization
  • Retrieve customer reviews from their Google Business Profile
  • Analyze review content
  • Generate AI-powered suggested response drafts
  • Review, edit, and approve responses before publishing

Presensly does not automatically publish responses without user review and approval.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

A. Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Authentication credentials (such as hashed passwords)
  • OAuth identifiers when signing in via third-party providers (e.g., Google SSO)
  • Security tokens used to maintain authenticated sessions
  • Business information you choose to provide

B. Google Business Profile Data (Via OAuth)

When you choose to connect your Google Business Profile account:

  • You authorize Presensly via Google's secure OAuth process.
  • We access only the minimum data required to provide our service.

This may include:

  • Google Business Profile location information
  • Customer reviews
  • Review ratings
  • Review author display names
  • Review timestamps
  • External review identifiers
  • Business Profile identifiers

We do not access your Google password at any time.

Access is granted only after your explicit authorization and can be revoked at any time through your Google Account security settings.

C. Automatically Collected Technical Data

When you use our website, we may collect limited technical information such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Device information
  • Usage logs

This data is used solely for security, service performance, and error monitoring.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use personal information solely to:

  • Provide and operate the Presensly platform
  • Retrieve and display Google Business Profile reviews
  • Generate AI-powered response suggestions
  • Store and manage AI-generated and user-edited responses
  • Generate aggregated review analytics
  • Maintain platform security
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use Google Business Profile data for advertising, selling data, profiling users, building marketing datasets, or cross-service tracking.

4. GOOGLE API DATA USAGE AND LIMITED USE DISCLOSURE

Presensly's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Google API data is used solely to provide review analysis and response suggestion functionality.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
  • We do not share Google user data with third parties except necessary service providers.
  • We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
  • Google API data is not used for any purpose unrelated to providing the Presensly service requested by the user.

Google API data is accessed and used only as necessary to provide the features requested by the user within the Presensly platform.

5. AI PROCESSING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Presensly uses third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and/or Google Cloud AI) to generate response suggestions.

When AI processing occurs:

  • Review content may be transmitted to these providers for the sole purpose of generating response suggestions.
  • AI providers process this data only as instructed by Presensly.
  • AI providers are contractually restricted from using this data for their own purposes.
  • Data is not used to train generalized AI models.

6. DATA SHARING

We share data only with:

  • Secure cloud hosting providers
  • Infrastructure providers
  • AI processing providers necessary for functionality

We do not sell personal data or share Google Business Profile data with data brokers.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service:

  • Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and deleted when a user disconnects their account.
  • Google Business Profile data is retained only while the account remains active.
  • Upon account deletion or disconnection, associated Google API data and tokens are deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

Backup systems may temporarily retain encrypted copies for security purposes.

Review content retrieved from Google Business Profile may be stored temporarily for processing purposes and is automatically deleted after 30 days, unless the user explicitly chooses to retain generated responses within the platform.

8. DATA SECURITY

We implement appropriate safeguards to protect personal information, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
  • Secure storage of OAuth tokens
  • Access controls
  • Limited internal access

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Presensly is intended for business users and does not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion
  • Withdraw consent
  • Revoke Google API access
